Cancellation Policy and House Rules
Cancellation Policy:
- Guest receives 100% (less $50.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $50.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 7 days before arrival; No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
House Rules:
- Guests must sign the rental agreement. Security deposit is required up to $500. The maximum occupancy is 8, including children
- No smoking and/or Vaping - No pets allowed - No events, parties, or large gatherings, No electric car charging - Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- NOTE: Guests will NOT have garage access during their stay. Due to a homeowners association rule, only 2 vehicles are permitted to park on the driveway. Additional cars in the overflow area.
- NOTE: The fireplace is not for guest use during their stay
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras, located along with the garage, facing the driveway, and above the front door and backyard, all facing outward. They do not look into interior spaces
NOTE: NO shoes are allowed inside this house. Guests are required to remove their shoes upon entering the home
NOTE: Trash: There is no trash collection services. All trash bags must be taken to the compactor. Trash cannot be left outside or inside the house.
HOA Rules: No Firearms, No Fireworks, No open fires, No Hunting, Speed limit 20 within North Ridge, Cars must be registered.
